That I only realized when I came home that I forgot about the ice cream blouse.

Me and the ice cream blouse. |
Not to mention the soft hue of the purple. And the pretty pink hue.
I guess it was not meant to be. Besides, I have too many tops (shirts, more like) already in my closet. Ha ha, oh yeah. That was the outfit that I wore to the outing. Like my socks?
Anyway, it's the time to list down what I need to bring for my trip to Great Britain.
Or UK. Or. England?
Seriously, the country/region has too many names.
So this trip is going to be a long one. I'm taking my final year there, where I'll stay for two semesters.
Looks like it's going to be a cold start to my new year. A new... adventure? I'm not sure about calling it an adventure, but perhaps it would be an eventful one. I looked up at my new place that I'll be staying in and I hope I can settle in nicely with the people there.
And by now, I guess most of my friends know that I can't cook. My mom tried to teach me how to cook porridge.
But she ended up doing the whole thing herself and I just stood there, slowly getting bored at doing nothing.
But need not fret; I can make sandwiches! Ha ha.
So now, I have to prepare what to bring there. Not sure about carrying a rice cooker, but since I'm uncertain if I can go grocery-shopping the day I arrive, perhaps I should, no?
Winter clothes. Wouldn't it be lovely if I could get a peacoat? [almost typed peacock] And I should also look for socks that could keep me warm through the cold. And it should not just be that-- I need striped socks! I love striped socks.
Mittens. Hmm, I've just thought about when I saw a picture of Hermione wearing hers in Deathly Hallows: Part 1.
Long-lasting shoes that could repel water. I've heard about rainy days there during the fall and winter, so my dad said I should get shoes that have no holes macam Converse [...] or my sports shoes [...]
Sigh. One and a half more months till I leave for Hatfield. Isn't it sad that fruits here in Malaysia are more expensive than the meals I spend on in one day? I hope fruits there are wee bit more affordable because there should be some home-grown fruits in the market, right?
Cooking utensils. Hmm. I don't know how often would I use the stove, actually. Does anyone know what kind has better multi-purpose?
Last but not least. My blanket. This is not an ordinary blanket. In my sister's room where the temperature was at 16 [ha, the nagging she got from our folks], this blanket kept me real warm through the night. It's said to have come from India as a souvenir.
This post may appear to be unorganized and seemed like a lazy blogger was in a mood to blog but not in a mood to write. But I hope you enjoyed reading this post! Cheers!
PS: I totally forgot about getting a luggage!
