On a train ride to Bandung, I was sitting next to Veen C, a friend from Multimedia Major. She didn't join us to play Monopoly Card but merely watched at the games. After four rounds (with FB winning all rounds, to our dismay), we stopped playing and had lunch. Well, I didn't have lunch because I didn't bring enough money because my mom thinks I had enough to cover food and taxi fare and whatnots.
Anyway, we were talking about lunch.
So, while others enjoyed their hearty meal of either rice or noodles, I decided to try a local snack. This snack, I do not know its name, but it's hard to crunch on. And it's big with peanuts somewhat sticked together (think granola bar but palm sized scale).
Whenever I break the snack in pieces, small crumbs fall out, so my friend helped me prepare a newspaper on the table. Unfortunately, I was persuaded to break this big piece and then--
BOOM!
With the force I thrusted to break the snack, its tiny peanuts flew all over my seat. Humiliated, I cleaned myself up as well as the mess. One of the sweepers came in and swept the mess off the floor. I thanked him and I swear to myself to never. Ever. Break a big chunk of peanuts. Ever.
Again.
