Of Tears of Laughter

Words can't describe how delicious the lunch was.

[looks at the photos]

I'm so sorry. Its looks isn't as appetizing as I had expected. No, it wasn't because of the presentation. But because of the lighting adjustments that I made on Photoshop! The color is not suitable [I've only realized it now] but. I took a picture anyway.

One fine afternoon, while others were still in their respective kampung, some of us went to Q's for a luncheon [I thank Pippin of LOTR for teaching me this word]. All the dishes were scrumptious, these two were my favorites.

Chicken and cashew (squeal in delight)

Butter prawns

I decided not to take much pictures during lunch as I believe that I'd rather enjoy the moment than capturing the moment that afternoon.

It was really pleasant to see them again. Especially seeing the two Indian girls together once more after more than one year not seeing each other. And the funny thing about that lunch was that we burned a lot of calories laughing. The boys, I'm not so sure, but I don't think they need calorie-burning. LOL.

Personal favorite: everyone talking, while Host preps lunch in kitchen
And fellas. I am good girl! Slapping a guy did little effect to tarnish my good girl image. [Evil laugh follows]

I hope you enjoy the photos, even though there's only 3.

On another note, this weekend, I'm proud that I've finally worn a pair of hiking-but-not-really-meant-for-hiking boots. I've been receiving compliments from my mom and my aunts that even my mom asked if I could lend them to her to work tomorrow.
