Little Bumblebee

Is it just me?

Yes, I think it's definitely me.

I just couldn't keep my hands away from my new phone. It's no fancy model from Samsung, but it's got a quirky name.

First, let me start off that Summit is not at its best on weekday mornings. People open their shops at such a late hour that by the time lunch hour has approached, only then has the mall become more livelier with almost every shop booming "Gong xi ni, gong xi ni, gong xi ni, GONG xi ni!" songs.

Seriously, the management of Summit is not favourable to my liking. Not to mention the salesperson. We were waiting for several cell phone stores to open up. Finally my dad asked one of them who was wiping the glass case of cell phones.

(in Chinese) "Excuse me, what time is your shop supposed to open?"
"11 wor."
"11? But it's 11.15 already wor. Still not open?"
"Ohh. (short pause) Yeah, lor."

We walked away.

You know, at least Sunway Pyramid and Empire mall stores are open by 11 am, and they're on time. Honestly, I don't like going to Summit hunting down for IT stuff where some salespersons are not so friendly and malas to layan you. Despite that boutiques there are nice and there are a lot of choices, I've learnt my lesson to never go there again in the morning. It's like there's a hungover ambiance there or something.

But anyway, let's focus on the upside. I finally got a new phone after my old one (seriously, it's old, like, 7 years old) began acting up; keypads not responsive, joystick cannot scroll upwards, and sometimes it restarts by itself.

Heck, I think its speed dial mode is missing! o.o

So with my new phone, means setting up the contacts again. Some contacts were unable to be transferred to my SIM because there wasn't enough space so I had to write them down. Well, most numbers.

I choose not reveal the beauty of my new phone, but I assure you. My parents would die laughing if I request for a Galaxy. And it's yellow in color!! :)

PS: FINALLY, it's raining, but I bet it won't last long.
