Christmas Eve Dinner

It was very quiet on Christmas Day. But on Christmas Eve, we had dinner at one of my friend's kitchen flat. My friend and I contributed to the dinner by cooking dishes! In case you can't spot mine, the dish is next to the rectangular yellow tray. It appears to have carrots and potatoes :)

Apparently there was still enough leftovers so I've brought back some and been eating a bit of it.

Above is my friend's cake that she baked! It was amazing!

Oh,  my God. Cinnamon rolls. Jess is awesome.

This was made on Christmas Day. I baked some pre-packed cookies for some of my friends.
Before Christmas week, I spent a night at my friend's house with his family. His young brother is so adorable! And it was so nice that he remembers our names. Ha ha!

When we arrived at Bromley Station, my kuya (big brother in Tagalog) took us around, stopping by in Starbucks for a drink.

Us at 11 am having breakfast at kuya's kitchen, watching Viva Rock Vegas.
Oh, let me tell you what happened to me.

His father dropped me off at the train station. I was heading to Bearsted to spend a weekend with my aunt and uncle (they thought that I was staying over for Christmas). I wanted to buy tickets from Bearsted to Hatfield but I didn't have enough money. Freaking out, I checked my ATM machine and boom. I didn't have enough cash to pay for it. What the hell.

I had to call my friend to get access into my account to transfer money into my debit card. After I thanked him, I rushed back to the train station to buy tickets and managed to get on another train to Bearsted.

Kuya took us out for ice skating and for dinner, I cooked two dishes simultaneously! It was my first time and frankly, it's tough looking after the pots. And then, we all played Wii with his brother and father (his father's so sporting at playing golf and baseball! Ha ha! :)

Then we had a bit of a pillow talk before hitting the sack at about 2am.

Actually, I don't know the rules of playing baseball. All I know is that home run is a score. Heh. I'm pathetic, I know.
