Hi, I'm still alive and not so much kicking.
I was sad that I missed the 1901 usual promotion when it's 19th of the month. But because I couldn't go out and my sister refused to go to Pyramid to get a 1901 hot dog for me, the 19th has come and gone in a blink of an eye.
But no matter. This month, I've set eyes on the 30th June because of the Baskin Robbins 31% offer. (Success!)
You guys may not have heard of this but my hard disk was recently corrupted but thanks to my dad's awesome computer skills as a tech savvy, he's able to save all our files. Music, videos, documents and such.
As much as I'm super glad that the files have been rescued, this is how they are arranged.
Videos> mkv> file 00001
file 00002
file 00003
...
file ++++
avi> file 00001
file 00002
That's an example of how the files are arranged: in CODES! Can you imagine how LONG it takes to rename ALL the files?! And... and the worst part is...
My beautiful Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 and Part 2 (blu-ray) are... somewhere hidden within those 10000 files. And...
I don't even remember if it's in mkv or in avi!
My sister and I were in shock. All those beautiful She and Him and Carrie Underwood albums that I've downloaded. As well as the White Collar, Fringe, and The Big Bang Theory seasons.
All our beautiful collection of downloaded episodes. And we don't even know how the hell can we distinguish which episode is in which season, right?!? Let alone, House and Bones.
Hidden. Not impossible to find but it's just... so hard.
Like finding a needle in a haystack.
But I'm relieved that my Disney shows like Ratatouille Wall-E and Up are safe in another hard disk.
Oh, did I mention that my college stuff are also hidden in those 'Saved Files'? Imagine what it takes to find those Word documents and the bloody psd and ai files.
