Going Back

That was a really long weekend.

Since it was the Chinese New Year weekend, we went back early to avoid the usual highway congestion.

Once again, it's a no-show from my cousin brothers. So you could say that it was kind of lonely for me during the weekend. My sister often goes out buying groceries for dinner (I'm the last person they'd ask for grocery assistance because of my um, shall we say, blurry judgement of food. Which is disappointing because I'd love to help out with the groceries)

Breakfast @ Pokok Asam

Mmm, carrot cake.

Oh, how he longs for affection
The best part of going back is the journey. It's rich with greenery view and mountains. There's a huge mountain of solid marble, but it hasn't been a pleasant view of it these days. At least the constructions around it is on hold and trees and plants are growing already. Which is nice.
