Recently, while I wait for White Collar 's third season to be aired, I've been watching Game of Thrones. When it was first aired during Season 1, everyone was talking about it non-stop. Heck, even Mark Foster asked if it's good enough to watch.
The reason I've put off Game of Thrones for over a year was because there was too much on my plate. I've been keeping up with HIMYM, New Girl (Ooh, Zooey is just freaking adorable with polka dots. Now it got me thinking if it was her who got me into this polka-dot phase), Fringe, Revenge, Once Upon A Time and Modern Family.
See? And all this, I've been watching them throughout my college semesters.
So from hereon, I promise not to watch any ongoing TV shows during my year in UK. I'm gonna have to give my undivided attention. I'm gonna show my folks that this course is worth. I'm gonna prove myself that I can do this, I can do better.
But of course, there's no harm watching Hannah Montana once in a wh--
NO, NO.
Undivided attention.
Let me share with you this series called Once Upon a Time. I told my sister ages ago that this series is worth watching, you don't wanna miss this.

And get this, it's not just the fairy tale world of Snow White. I'm talking about characters like Red Riding Hood, Belle, Pinocchio, Rumpelstilskin, even MAD HATTER.
This curse makes the entire fairy tale characters transported into our world aka the 21st century, and they have no clue who they really are. They all live in this town called Storybrooke where no one can ever leave, otherwise bad things will happen.
Fortunately, all curses can be stopped. And only Snow White's daughter, Emma, who was not affected by the curse, could save them and be rid of the curse that the Queen has placed upon them.
Don't worry, the Queen is aware of her true identity. She's the mayor of Storybrooke and when Snow's daughter arrived to town, she feels threatened and is determined to get rid of Emma, who is yet to be aware of her destiny.
So how does the plot go every week?
Each week, a fairy tale character is introduced. For example, Grumpy. Ah, you know him, don't you? In real life, he's an electrician, but in the fairy tale world, he's a dwarf that was once named Stealthy. It's interesting to see how he came to be a worker in a mine, and he falls for a fairy.
It has not happened yet, but hopefully, in Season 2, we'd get to see Sleeping Beauty OR... Rapunzel. Gasp, wouldn't that be interesting?!
To those who are on summer break, check out Once Upon A Time. It's better than Mirror Mirror.
The series stars Jennifer Morrison, Ginnifer Goodwin, and Lana Parilla (as The Evil Queen).
PS: I know that there's been a lot of fairy tale films going on [Alice in Wonderland, Red Riding Hood, Tangled, Beastly, Snow White and The Huntsman] but hopefully, someone like Rupert Sanders could make Rumpelstiltskin.
PSS: I can't wait for Jack The Giant Killer [ahhh, Nicolas Hoult] and Hansel and Gretel!
